Import Performance maintains a small and well-trained staff so that we can keep our finger on the pulse of quality control in our shop. As such, we are an appointment only facility. We try to run a tight ship and keep projects running smoothly and on time, which means we follow a strict schedule. To make this as convenient as possible for you, we have many options for appointment scheduling. Leave your key in our secure drop-off box after hours and pick it up after service in one of our coded key pick-up lockboxes for contactless service. Or call or visit us in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 for a more direct experience.

All vehicles that drive through our bay doors are protected with floor mats, seat covers, steering wheel covers, and technicians wear gloves and use fender protectors at all times so that your car remains in the pristine condition that you keep it in! While we do recommend dropping your vehicle off for services so you can get back to your busy life, we do have a comfortable waiting room with satellite television, complimentary wi-fi, coffee, and purified water if you prefer to wait.
