Scheduling an appointment with us is easy: Call, email, or visit us in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 and one of our service writers will be happy to assist you. At scheduling, choose between a waiting appointment and enjoy our well-appointed waiting room with satellite television, complimentary wi-fi, coffee, and purified water or convenient drop-off options so you can get back to your busy day! For contactless service, there’s an option to leave your key in our secure Night Owl drop-off box and pick it up after service in one of our coded key pick-up lockboxes. Need transportation to your next destination? Reserve our complimentary BMW 5 series loaner car at scheduling or allow one of our staff members to arrange an Uber to work or home.

Import Performance is a full service shop. That means we offer everything from oil and filter services to engine and transmission replacements. As such, what we can do is almost too exhaustive to list, but this might give you an idea of the Mercedes specific services we are proud to provide:
- A Service – Typically an oil change and 27 point check over
- B Service – Usually an oil change, air filter and/or cabin filter, and a 27 point check over
- C Service – Oil change, applicable filter replacements and often other routine services based on the mileage and history of your vehicle such as transmission service, brake fluid flush, power steering flush, coolant flush, etc.
- Tires, Rotation & Balance, plus Alignments
- All routine general maintenance
- All suspension repair and service including:
- Pneumatic suspensions (air bag suspensions)

All vehicles that drive through our bay doors are protected with floor mats, seat covers, steering wheel covers, and technicians wear gloves and use fender protectors at all times so that your car remains in the pristine condition that you keep it in!
