While our shop has a boutique feel, we are small, but mighty. We proudly offer dealer-level service for all Mini Cooper cars. The following is a small smattering of the services we can provide:

As with all European cars, it is very important to use OEM parts, which we do for every service and repair on MINI. This makes it easy for us to extend our customers a 36 month/36,000 mile nationwide warranty on all the work we do here. Our staff is highly trained and vigilantly supervised by the shop’s owner – Talin Germain – who has over 20 years of Mini Cooper experience and a commitment to continued education for himself and our technicians.
Our shop policy is to treat your car like it’s our own. That means all cars are outfitted with floor mats, seat covers, and steering wheel covers while in service and all of our technicians wear gloves and utilize fender covers during repair. We want your experience with us to be seamless and smooth in the midst of what can sometimes be an inconvenient situation, so we offer many appointment options. Start by scheduling an appointment with one of our professional service writers by phone, email or visiting us in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00. We’ll help you select the best appointment for your situation whether that be waiting in our well-appointed lounge while we work on your car or dropping off your vehicle for more lengthy or complicated diagnostics or repairs.
If dropping off, feel free to wait in the lounge while you wait for your ride home or we are happy to arrange an Uber to your next destination for you. If you’d like more freedom while your car is in the shop, you can opt to reserve our complimentary BMW 5 series loaner car so you can stay out and about while your car is being serviced. Alternatively, for contactless service, there’s an option to leave your key in our secure Night Owl drop-off box and pick it up after service in one of our coded key pick-up lockboxes.
