Ever since the pandemic, many of our customers continue to prefer a contactless option. No problem! We have a key drop-off box bolted to the front of the building labeled “night owl.” Simply drop your keys inside and we will match your vehicle with its prescheduled appointment in our system. We will perform any requested diagnostics or services and then contact you about any evolutions in your car’s needs. Payment can be accepted over the phone by credit card and keys can be picked up in our coded and locked key boxes located near the front door of our building. 

Prefer a more personalized approach? Absolutely! Call or visit us in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Talin or one of our service writers will be happy to assist you. At scheduling we’ll confirm whether you plan to drop your car off for service or wait in our comfortable waiting room while it’s completed. Even though we offer satellite television, complimentary wi-fi, coffee, and purified water while you wait, we often say time passes slower in the waiting room and we encourage customers to drop off their vehicles. This allows us the time to fully check over your vehicle and complete its repairs without the added pressure that the waiting room seems to apply. We like to make drop-off appointments as seamless as possible for you by offering to arrange an uber to your next destination or you can reserve our complimentary loaner car when you schedule your appointment.
